Account Information: When you sign in using Sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple ID identifier and, if you choose to share it, your email address. Apple may provide a private relay email address to protect your privacy.

Learning Progress: We collect data about your learning activities, including completed lessons, quiz scores, streaks, and achievements to personalize your experience and sync progress across devices.

Subscription Information: When you subscribe to MasterOnce Premium, Apple processes your payment. We receive confirmation of your subscription status (active, expired, or canceled) and the subscription type (weekly or monthly), but we do not receive or store your payment details, credit card information, or Apple ID password.

Device Information: We may collect device identifiers, operating system version, and app version for analytics and troubleshooting purposes.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies," which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there.
