MasterOnce Terms

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. User content

You retain ownership of content you create in the Services. You grant us a license to host, store, and process that content to operate and improve the Services.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or infrastructure.

5. Subscriptions and payments

MasterOnce offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

• Subscription Options: Weekly subscription at $2.00/week, or Monthly subscription at $2.00/month. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
• Free Trial: If offered, the free trial period allows you to try premium features at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly or monthly) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings or the App Store app on your device. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → MasterOnce.
• Cancellation: Canceling your subscription will stop future charges but will not result in a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. You will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to cancel if you do not agree to the new price.
• Refunds: All purchases are final. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these subscription terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, their design, and related trademarks are owned by the Company and its licensors. These Terms do not grant any rights to our trademarks or other IP beyond the limited license above.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Services or other users.

10. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law rules.
